No you dont want to eat every calorie you burn from working out, it just means that after a workout your body needs to gain nutrients back, just a light snack..protein is good.

When you workout, even if your not hungry, you need to replenish your body. Your body needs those calories for energy and it keeps your metabolism high

I put myself as active because I workout at least 30min-60min and even 2 hours if I miss a day. I hate a day without exercise I feel like a lazy bum. But I'm sure that calorie intake is just making up for my activity. But do I need to workout more to actually lose??

She does seem very judemental, but maybe it's a cry for help. Invite her to the site so she can lose too, and maybe she can see things in a different light, and be happy for you instead for jelous of you.

Yes I have it! I love it, but I think its harder! I dont even do it on expert because its just dancing, not really a routine. But I switch off between the DVDs and the Wii and of course other exercises. I went snow shoeing yesterday, finally found an exercise to do in the 6 ft of snow in MA.

I think Zumba for the wii is harder! It goes a lot fast and they dont tell you whats comming next, but its fun to switch it up because theres so many routines. I love Zumba!!

I love zumba!! I would put it under high intensity aerobic 60 minutes. Get ready to sweat! Its so fun, I do it at home and the zumba on the wii. :)
