Yoga DVD for flexibility

I want to increase my flexibility with yoga. Does anyone know of any good DVDs? To relieve stress and back pain as well?

    Thats funny, out of all the P90X dvds thats the only one i have that someone gave me, i forgot i had it. thanks:)

    How about those who have very little to no flexability at all is the P90x yoga dvd still good?

    I think so. They have a yoga block that you can get at any sporting store and that will help.
