Caffeine, cortisol and weight loss
I've read a few places that caffeine can have a real affect on cortisol and testosterone production which can then impact weight loss efforts. Have ~25 left to lose, should I switch to TDEE-20%?
I started my weight loss at 340lbs and have lost 140lbs so far, started by using SparkPeople and then switched to MFP. MFP Activity Level question - Standing office
I'm not sure what to set my activity level at here at MFP or for TDEE. I have a standing office (no chair) , so I usually do not sit from 8:00am until 4:30pm except for 1/2 an hour at lunch and for 1/2 hour after I get home.
