MFP Activity Level question - Standing office

I'm not sure what to set my activity level at here at MFP or for TDEE. I have a standing office (no chair) , so I usually do not sit from 8:00am until 4:30pm except for 1/2 an hour at lunch and for 1/2 hour after I get home. I exercise 5-6 days a week with ~30 to 40 minutes of weights 3 days a week and ~30-40 minutes of cardio the other 3 days. For purposes of TDEE I think I would call that moderate and for MFP I think it should be Active. What do you think?

I'd say that if you are on your feet most of the day then set it to lightly active. You should log your exercise separately under the exercise section rather than taking in into account when setting your activity level. If after a while this doesn't seem to be giving you the results it should then you can always change it.0
