My goal for the last month and a half is to lose another 8-10 pounds. I would go for more, but I know that with the holidays coming up will be difficult. I would like to make sure that I am exercising at least 4+ times a week. I want to eat more vegetables and try some new recipes.
Right now I really enjoy doing a medicine ball workout. I use a variety of free weights because I don't own a medicine ball right now, but I love the movements that they have us do.
