What would help me lose more weight/burn more calories. treadmill or elliptical I do elliptical for 60 minutes on high resistance or I do tread mill 5-4 miles(that would take me also 1 hour since Im a beginner)

What is the 36 squats a day challenge?
Hi. I have been reading about the 36 squats a day challenge. I hear it really improves your bottom half. But is it only doing 36 squats a day? I dont get why this challenge is so hard. I can 60 squats in my workout without a problem.
