I did cardio, such as lots of walking,some jogging/running and elliptical was my main workout. But the thing that helped the most was the elliptical machine and the crunches/situps.

Im starting in August this month is running/elliptical, next month is 30 day shred and then the months after is ripped in 30. REMEMBER TO SHOW US YOUR RESULTS
