Meeting your calorie goal? Or not exceeding carbs/fat/sodium/etc? I have 140 calories left, but I'm real close on carbs and fat and I'm already over on protein and fiber. Okay so here are my daily nutrient goals: 1370 calories 188g carbs 46g fat 51g protein 16g fiber 2500mg sodium Every day, I try to make sure I get as close as possible to calories, protein, and fiber, and I try to stay below on carbs, fat, and as little as possible sodium. I don't mean to sound pathetic or anything, but I'm really lonely! I live on a college campus in the dorms and I work for the university.
