I'm having the same problem! normally i'm fine, but for the past few days, it seems like nothing i eat satiates me. And I've been eating good quality, nutritional food and drinking plenty of water and I actually haven't had time to work out so it's not like my muscles are screaming for nutrition or something to repair…

yep, definitely protein. If you're not much of a meat eater, milk, eggs, cheese, yogurt, nuts, beans, and whole grains are all excellent sources of protein!

Yeah, I fatigue much easier while I'm PMSing. I do what Bootzey does and go easy on the calories I consume so I don't have to work out as hard.

I know what you mean! For me, it's Cox. I hate that they insult all the other companies in their commercials... that's so rude. Makes me not want to be their customer because I don't want to support that. Edit: oh yeah, and Old Navy too. Their mannequins are obnoxious. I don't even like going in that store because of them.

They have lots of protein which will keep you full. I say if you enjoy 'em and they don't push your nutrient limits, it should be fine.

I've noticed that the MFP calories-burned levels are rather high.... a more accurate reading would be from a heart rate monitor because that can correctly gauge your workout/cleaning intensity.

If you have a gym membership or access to weight machines, the Fly and Dual-Axis Incline Press machines both work the Pectoral Major.... and the Seated Leg Press works the glutes :) If your gym doesn't have these particular machines, I'm sure they have something comparable.

Well that depends on how intense your cardio workout is. If your leg muscles are getting fatigued/sore from doing your running/jogging, then you should wait a day in between that, too. I have one cardio workout that just kills my thighs so I do that one every other day, and then a low-intensity one on the days in between…
