I'd say they're fine as a snack, but not nutritious enough to be "all" you've been eating.

I use to eat them but I got bored with the taste really fast.
  • The only problem I see with them is that they don't have much in the way of nutrition. They're mostly air and carbs, which won't keep you full, so you have to eat more and more of them to feel full and they won't give you the energy to make the most of your workouts. However, they ARE a low-calorie, usually low-fat and low-sodium snack and I think they're a great choice (especially because they're delicious)... as long as you're getting enough protein and fiber in your other meals and snacks :)

(edit: sorry, guys, I'm totally lame, but I just realized it was my 100th post and that made me happy. hahahahaha)

Holy Cow, I love them too! Especially, if I'm craving something sweet...the vanilla creme brulee is so YUM, Yum, Yummy! If salty is what I'm craving than the sweet chili is so Yummy. Has anyone tried the garlic and rosemary...YUM! Okay, I'll stop, but really...they are YUMMY!!! Yummy in my tummy. Lol.
