eating Calories from Exercise
Just wondering if it will hurt if you don't eat your Calories from Exercise. I always have like 300-500 calories left from my exercise. I am attempting to drops lbs and build muscle. I have curves and really dont want to loose them and be skinny.. All advice welcome :wink:

how to tone inner legs to drops lbs fast??
I am attempting to get my legs toned pretty fast as bathing suit is right around the corner. I am thunder thighs and kankles..lol kankles prob wont disappear but getting my legs toned should be able to be done. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
