Why am I losing such little amount of weight?
Here is my problem. I have been exercising 6x a week for the last month. My exercise includes 70 minutes on the elliptical, averaging about 650 calories burned per session and about 30 minutes 5-6x a week of the Brazil Butt Lift workout.
