Golfing as exercise
As a former runner(*), my only exercise now is our twice daily walks (2 & 2.5 miles) with the dog, and golfing. I get out twice a week for 9 holes, walk, and carry my bag. I also get out every other weekend, sometimes more, for 18 holes, also walking & carrying. I'd have to double check, but that's about a 15-20lb pack…
