What's with Matcha?
Has anyone tried this tea? Whether it's the ceremonial or the culinary blend. I love all green teas but have never tried it - thought I might be able to add to my protein shakes. Its not cheap so before I indulge any feedback would be grand.

TDEE and cutting below
Question - did you keep your calorie intake at your TDEE or did you cut below or did you eat well above? Just starting out and coming from a mindset that you must have a calorie deficit. Your experiece or suggestions would be great. Thx

custom TDEE and Fitbit adjustments
I have changed my profile to custom TDEE as per Scoobie's calculations - my question is do I need to disconnect my fitbit to sync with MFP otherwise it will increase the number of cals I need to eat on MFP and will show on Fitbit that I am grossly overeating? Any suggestions.

Does anybody loose weight without knowing how much in pounds
Problem is I hate the scale its just to much of a head game for me. Yes I know the measuring tape and how your clothes feel but sometime I wonder if I just think my clothes feels better, maybe I'm not so bloated or maybe I didn't take my measurements in the same spot. Question on NROL
Reading this book it appears that the author is not fond of calorie reduction. Just wondering what most peeps do? Just eat healthy trying to stay within you macros or do you worry about calorie intake? My goal is to reduce my BF and increase muscle and have a more buffed look.

My PT doesn't believe in heavy lifting for women
working with my trainer this AM and reading the New Rules of Lifting for Women - I told her I was interested in getting into heavy lifting as I have seen some great results frm ladies on MFP. She feels that heavy lifting will not get me the longated/buffed muscles but rather bulky - which I proclaimed that its not possible…
