I cried like a baby
I don't generally post anything, but today I was out for a run...and by run I mean a leisurely jog that kicked my butt. I have finished C25K not long ago and have ran 5k a few times now, so I decided I would like to up the distance a bit and see how I do. I map out a nice 7K run, and got my mind in it. Cold coming on, best way to fight it?
So I can feel a cold coming on, I want to be healthy for a get together on the weekend. Should I work out and try to sweat it out or should I relax and let my body rest so it will fight it?
