Hello all, I know that diet is a huge part of losing weight. Sometimes we pick the wrong foods and don't evern know it. Does anyone have a good menu plan to jumpstart burning calories? What would be a good breakfast, a good lunch, and a good dinner to start losing weight? Any ideas?
Summer is fast approaching and it's time to get in shape and lose some stubborn pounds. The hardest part of starting a diet/excercise plan is getting started! I am looking for ways on how to get started. What foods should I be eating, how should I be preparing them, and ways to flatten my mommy tummy. Any ideas? Matilde
