Hello all,
I know that diet is a huge part of losing weight. Sometimes we pick the wrong foods and don't evern know it. Does anyone have a good menu plan to jumpstart burning calories?
What would be a good breakfast, a good lunch, and a good dinner to start losing weight?
Any ideas?

Well, it's straightforward enough to find your foods in the MFP database or scan barcodes on any foods that have them. As far as food plans, what you eat is highly individualized. Focus on variety, and get that variety among the many lean meats, dairy, fruit, veggie and whole grains that are available. Pick out what you like, experiment with new foods, and stay in your calorie level. It really is as simple as that.0

The only wrong food is the one that you are legitimately allergic/intolerant to or you just don't like to eat. First step - stop labeling foods as good or bad. Next step - read the links below.

Yup. There really are no right or wrong foods. If you want to lose weight, you just have to eat at a calorie deficit. You can eat whatever you like to hit that calorie goal. Try to eat a varied, balanced diet for good nutrition, and eat whatever you want.0
