Summer is fast approaching and it's time to get in shape and lose some stubborn pounds. The hardest part of starting a diet/excercise plan is getting started!

I am looking for ways on how to get started. What foods should I be eating, how should I be preparing them, and ways to flatten my mommy tummy.

Any ideas?
