Ate junk food but under calorie goal?
So today I ate a pack of Doritos and a small chocolate bar. :( I'm still under my calorie goal though and I intend on skipping lunch, having fruits for dinner and working out for an hour. Will this still affect me?? (Weight-wise or look-wise, eg will I bloat?)

Is it okay to miss my workout twice in a row?
Yesterday I didn't workout because I was studying and today I have so much studying to do that I think I might have to skip today two, But today I ate two mini chocolate bars and the guilt is killing me. Is it okay to skip today even though I ate those bars? (They were 138 calories total)

Do flat fizzy drinks cause bloating?
Hey, so I know if I drink something fizzy e.g. Diet Coke it will cause bloating. However if I let it go flat (aka let all the bubbles get out), will it still cause bloating? Follow up question: if I open the cap just a little bit and put it in the fridge, will it go flat? Because I want to to be flat but still be cold.…
