I actually just complete a 10 min workout which obviously isnt that much but I like actually worked out this time and dint give up at all so proud of myself. I'm not overweight or "fat" at all but I am definitely out of shape :( !! Tomorrow I'm gonna do 30 minutes.
can someone please explain like reps and sets for strength training like sit ups or squats? lets say i did 100 sit ups how many reps or sets is that?"???
