Rectocele/Cystocele
Anyone out there know if being adjusted by a chiropractor in pelvic/hip region can cause these issues? Also anyone know of good exercises to heal or alleviate these issues? I have heard the traditional kegels do more damage than good due to the curvature of a woman's body......thank you
