It does pick up some of the "steps" but it wont be the miles that you tick along on your bike- the revolutions are too small for it to pick up each one-but like it has been said by prior posters- less cals showing to eat means you wont eat as much :)

you are at too much of a deficit- lowest should be 1200 cals a day even with the exercise..so another words eat back some of your cals..healthy proteins and veggies and fruit....you will lose weight faster and healthier :)

my mom had hers out and had issues losing but I think it was more because she kept eating crappy foods than anything lol rule of thumb is alcohol and high fat foods are a stay away from area....I still have mine and notice these things are an issue now soooo not sure that the lack of gallbladder has anything to do really…

uhhhh ya NO nice try though lol I had thought of that too a while ago but alcohol is a diuretic along with coffee and soda and caffeinated tea.....so they cant count,..,,plus it has a lot of cals ...and makes you eat more :) and yes I am a lite beer drinker!! lol

I have that issue too - IBS but you should talk to doc about it to make sure what its all about for you but Chia seeds 1 tsp am and one pm helps keep me movin :) o make sure you drink 8oz glass with and also several throughout the day....
