wholemeal pizza dough wanted
hello i made homemade wholemeal pizza dough for my family tonight in the bread machine. although they said it was nice the dough was a bit tight and hard to roll. (i just replaced the white flour with wholemeal flour) does anyone have a proper wholemeal pizza dough receipe for a bread maker?

exercise logging
hello i have started doing personal training sessions approx an hour doing a bit of everything hand weights. jogging, boxing abs, medicine ball you name it. only problem is i can't really find an exercise in the database to fit that type of thing. any suggestions? or idea about how many calories that would burn? thanks
