so i have this Problem to hit calories....
So i have this problem....i can eat 3000 calories or more with dirty food & its hard to eat even 1200 calories when i eat clean....and is it possible 2 eat as many carbs as i want within my calorie limit and still loose weight...??.coz i always crave 4 carbs....bt feel guilty after i have it..... And again guilty eating…

Hey am a breast feeding Mom Of my 16 months old baby...i weigh 76 kg & 165 cm height...i just started doing Insanity yestrday and finished doing day 2 today...i hav no clue how much i burn a day since i dont hav HRM and cant afford one until after few weeks..i need help finding out how much calorie should i aim a day...MFP…
