so i have this Problem to hit calories....

So i have this problem....i can eat 3000 calories or more with dirty food & its hard to eat even 1200 calories when i eat clean....and is it possible 2 eat as many carbs as i want within my calorie limit and still loose weight...??.coz i always crave 4 carbs....bt feel guilty after i have it.....

And again guilty eating back burned calories....y shud i eat back those burned calories ...??? If so its better not 2 exercise ryt...sorry 4 being dump...
