Juice heads?
Any avid juicers here? (obviously, not roids for those who like to take things LITERAL) anyway, who juices here? I love it! how often do you do it & what have you gained from juicing? Also, before anyone says "Blah blah blah, juicing is so bad for you" NO ITS NOT as long as you still EAT a balanced diet.

tasty healthy pancakes
i did all the calculations of this as well.... Calories: 162 Carbs: 18.4 grams Fat: 5 grams Sugar: 4.5 grams Protein: 12.2 grams Recipe: Half banana 1 scoop of chocolate whey 1/4 cup of rolled oats 1 egg (which I just took from an egg) Add a little water to help the consistency (make sure not runny though)
