How do you motivate yourself when you're tired?
Hi all- I'm really frustrated by my low energy! I want to exercise, and just commuting to and from work get about 45 minutes of walking in, but by the time I'm home, all I can think about is comfy pants and a lie-down. I'm so tired! Argh.

I'm so excited!! I got a Bodymedia for my bday, started tracking with MFP, and 3-1/2 weeks later, 10 lbs gone! Yay! Now, sigh... just 70 more to go...

So, I've been tracking calories on MFP for about a month. I'm not really exercising, except for the daily tasks required by moving into a new place. So, how far do you go on a cheat day?
I started last Saturday and lost 4 pounds this week. Yay! Of course, I know from experience how fun the first 2 weeks are when you start a diet. The thing is, I woke up STARVING this morning and just wanna eat... well, everything. How far do you guys go on your cheat days? 200 cals more? 400? 800?
