Vitalicious deep chocolate muffin tops - like cake and a cookie rolled into satisfying, 100-calorie, yumminess! I love those and Diana's dark chocolate frozen bananas. They keep me sane. ;)

Totally agree. A kitchen scale is the best thing, and preparing your own food is so much healthier and cheaper. I know it's a hassle to cook all the time, so I try to do most of my cooking on Sundays - I'll make a pot of soup and use the recipe builder to plot the calories.
