How to start...

So, I've been tracking calories on MFP for about a month. I'm not really exercising, except for the daily tasks required by moving into a new place. I used to be very active, cycling 100+ miles a week, but now I don't even know how to start. I'd like to lose 35 lbs by October 20th, and losing 80 is my goal. So far, I've lost 8 in almost 1 month.

I also love walking, but I need to boost the intensity to get those fat cells purged!

Any advice would be much appreciated! What do they do on Extreme Weight Loss?? Oh, and I can't afford gym fees...
