Hey guys im going away this weekend with college friends for St. Pattys Day fun. Unfortunately that means we will be dining out the whole weekend. i am great at getting salads and stuff but will also but upping the alcohol intake (oops).... any ideas on motivation to control any urges to eat crap!?
