Weekend Get Aways and Guilt

Hey guys
im going away this weekend with college friends for St. Pattys Day fun. Unfortunately that means we will be dining out the whole weekend. i am great at getting salads and stuff but will also but upping the alcohol intake (oops).... any ideas on motivation to control any urges to eat crap!?

    Weekends away (especially to party) are difficult. Try to do some serious portion control & drink a lot of water. Just remember that it IS just one weekend! We all need to have some "downtime" but don't take it too far! Good luck & have fun!

    When eating out I try to eat half portions at places. That will keep you in the neighborhood of what you want. The drinking is another story. I will have the same struggle. In these situations I use one or two of my cheat meals as drinks. Just a suggestion.
