Right now I am doing stronglifts and will be starting T25 as soon as my disc comes, I'd like to maybe do something relaxing like yoga before bedtime. Are there any good yoga dvd's out there that you'd recommend I follow? I've never done yoga before so am I crazy to think it will be relaxing? And is it something I can learn…
I'm only on day 3 but wow I am having a hard time keeping up with the correct form. I have zero coordination. I hope I get use to it. insanity was not this hard.
