Hi guys, I had a stress fracture in my foot in August and, unfortunately, I worked out too hard last week and it is slowly reemerging. I hate the feeling of not being able to work out! Are there any good cardio exercises that won't use my feet?
I always allow myself a cheat meal for the week, but the last few weekends, I have turned almost every meal into a cheat meal.
