Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving or any other feast day is usually a challenge for me to stay within my calorie range. So here is my plan - it worked for me last year. Portions. Eat small portions (1/4c/60mL) of high calorie items and exercise to offset the extra calories. Do you have a plan?

21 Day Fix
So here I go starting a new program. My 3 daughters and I began the 21 Day Fix Program today. It is primarily portion control and exercise. I like that you make of a list of your favorite 'healthy' foods and work from that list. I am learning that it is best to make your food from scratch and store it instead of using…
