how accurate are the calories burned on an elliptical?
Hi all I have a York xc530 and it shows that if I do 20 mins I burn 165 calories how accurate do you guys think that is? thanks all .... gill.

exercise adiction?
is it possible to become addicted to exercise? I have only been joined a week and a half but all I can think of from about 2 o clock onwards is getting on the cross trainer :laugh:

ok so following some advice to start toning , I went out on Monday and bought 2X 1.14 kg (2.5lb) dumbbells I've been doing 4 sets of 10 on each arm to start with ,i'm right handed and my right arm has a slight ache and my left arm has not . so my question is because I don't use my left arm to do much should I be doing more…
