ok so following some advice to start toning , I went out on Monday and bought 2X 1.14 kg (2.5lb) dumbbells I've been doing 4 sets of 10 on each arm to start with ,i'm right handed and my right arm has a slight ache and my left arm has not . so my question is because I don't use my left arm to do much should I be doing more reps on my left arm ? or just keep them both equal?

thanks all :)

Keep it equal. It will catch up.

    Lift heavier.

    Get smaller.
