Just thought I'd post my success story to date. So, I've been at this for 100 days (started on January 25, 2011). Joined the gym, started with the MFP iPhone app and began eating less and exercising (a lot) more. I am also a Type 2 Diabetic, and my blood sugars were wildly careening out of control.
