Interval walking/running
Has anyone else had this experience? Last summer I "walked briskly" 6 days a week for at least one hour, often 1.5 hours, with one day off a week. first 10 pounds lost
Over 10 pounds lost since joining in January - another 8 to get to the high end of healthy BMI - my jeans are getting looser, hopefully spring will get me moving more and make those next 8 easier! This is a great site, couldn't have done it in winter without it. YAY ME!

Real food versus those low fats etc
Hi: I finally lost my first 10 pounds, 7 since joining here. Great website. I love the way it tracks the exercise to the calories. One thing that puzzles me, I am a "real food" fan and almost never eat anything that is process or called "light" or low fat. I'm surprised to see people still using aspartame, or low fat…

serving sizes
One thing I noticed here - if I ate a whole serving size of most things I'd be gaining weight, not losing. Or so I think. Does one's height, overall size affect the serving size?? I am short - would not my serving size be less than a man of 6 feet? Nutritionally, do I need less than a taller person? Anyone have an answer?
