Bleh... on the first week
I had my first weigh-in today. I've officially finished my first week. And I gained a pound. I'm not too beat up about it since AF arrived 2 days ago and I know I'm always up when she is visiting. So mostly it was just poor timing on that front. On a positive note, I tracked every day, all the things. And got 3 good…

Do you eat your exercise calories?
I'm new here, this time around anyway. Just curious if you eat back some or all of exercise calories? I am working out 3x/week and burning about 300 calories per workout according to my Apple Watch. I'm hungrier on workout days and so I've been eating most of all of those calories. Does this work for most people -- I mean…

Would love to lose 15 lbs and get to 155 but a healthy BMI for me is 165 lbs. Been tracking on mfp since July and sticking pretty closely with 1650…

Normal to lose more weight in the first few weeks?
Hi everyone! I lost 3 lbs in the first two weeks keeping track of my calories on MFP. I set my goals to lose 1/2 pound per week. I am breastfeeding and using the 500 breastfeeding calories each day. I definitely want to lose weight and have 20 lbs to go, but not at the expense of my milk supply. So I wanted to be…

New! MFP gives me a lot of calories!
Hi everyone! I just had my third baby in August so she is almost 5 months old! Time is flying by and she is just precious! I am breastfeeding exclusively and plan to slowly introduce solids at 6-7 months. I plan to bf for over a year as I did my other two kids. I gained 50 pounds with this little peanut ( well she was not…
