At what point do log what is on your HR monitor? I log my number as soon as I finish working out. Sometimes I keep it running for another hour JUST to see my after-workout burn.

How does one bad meal spoil the numbers?
So, yesterday was bad. I mean really bad. I ate a a grilled chicken sandwich with MAYO! I had an order of fried onion rings! I topped it off with a medium vanilla custard! How late is too late to eat at night???
Quick question. My husband always laughs at me because I come to bed with a bowl full of fruit cut up with two tablespoons of peanut butter melted on top. I don't go over my daily calories, I just make sure I have enough for it. Is this a terrible habit???

So, from your experience, what do you do if you have quite a few calories left over at the end of the day??? Do you eat extra for dinner, do you eat higher caloric foods for dinner, or do you just not eat them? Yes, my food diary is open, feel free to take a peek, but please don't let your fingers override your @ss. :heart:
