Kinect Biggest Loser- Experience?
I got this as a reward for hitting a goal weight. I tried it today and aside from some control aggravation and inaccurate scans (My chin was apparently 161 inches lol) the work out part wasn't too bad. I liked it enough to do a couple of routines. The thing is, if anyone knows, how accurate the calorie burning is. I'm…

(6 months ago) I'm keeping my weight gain to around 2 lbs a month (I'm a big woman.-currently 243ish 5ft 8) Basically, after my c-section heals I plan on picking back…

To Loose, Must Burn...
I have one of those scales that weighs by .2 and I found these numbers to be encouraging when I first started. Hope it can be useful to someone else as well. 0.1 lb. = 350 cal. 0.2 lb. = 700 cal. 0.3 lb. = 1050 cal. 0.4 lb. = 1450 cal. 0.5 lb. = 1750 cal. 0.6 lb. = 2100 cal. 0.7 lb. = 2450 cal. 0.8 lb. = 2800 cal. 0.9 lb.…
