Frozen Yoghurt Thoughts
I really love ice cream and frozen yoghurt, but the calories and sugar content are just too high for the quantity I can eat! Is there some kind of frozen greek yoghurt (low fat) I can make instead? I would feel far less guilt about frozen greek yoghurt with mixed berries, with all the protein and vitamins!

Huge Lifestyle Change
So in less than 2 weeks now I'm moving away and starting a new job. As I wont be able to afford the gym in my new town I'm going to get a stationary bike, and I already have my weights routine down for home. My new job apparently requires a lot of travel (just discovered this week, when two week-long trips during October…

Help with Home Fitness Equipment
At the end of the month I'm having a major change in circumstances - I'm moving to a new city, will be living in a studio, and will have a lot less leftover money after rent/bills as will no longer be living with boyfriend. The few gyms in the local area are out of my price range (£600 a year or so, I pay £150 per year…

Lifestyle and Nutrition Help
I'm looking for some guidance on my macros, nutrition, and lifestyle! I lost 60lb over ~18 months through restriction (~900 cal per day) with no focus on nutrients or health. I joined MFP last month for maintenance help and have learned to log accurately (I weigh everything). I'm using the TDEE method, set to lightly…

A Little Guidance on My Routine Please
Some background info - I'm 5'2", 107 pounds, almost 26, and lost 59 pounds through heavy restricting (I eventually cut down to ~900 cals per day over about 18 months). At the moment I'm increasing my calories up to maintenance, and trying to focus on hitting my macros (50 carbs, 25, 25) and getting more protein and…

Long Term Soy Milk Use in Women?
I'm wondering if any women who have used soy milk long term (to replace cow milk) have had any side effects or changes? I'm swapping from cows to soy (couldn't stomach the almond milk), but am looking to reassure myself it's safe! There's just so much scare-mongering in the news about soy, and whilst I am already…

Confused about lentils!
I'm trying to get more nutrients out of my food, and looking at lentils, which I've never used before. I have some red ones here, but the back of the pack is unclear. It says 83 calories and 6.1g protein per serving (80g), but is that raw or cooked?! I checked the MFP database and the numbers input by others are all over…

Spray Oils for Cooking
Hey there So I've only just come across these products (Frylight oil sprays) and am wanting to switch over from regular oil. Can anyone tell me what the difference is between sunflower oil and olive oil, health benefits etc? Also, will these be suitable for cooking omlettes? Right now I use oil as I'm allergic to butter.…

Confused, chips are lower cal per gram than pasta?!
Am I doing something wrong? When I look at chips (oven, steak cut, McCains brand) they come out as 105 cal per 75g, whilst pasta (white or wholemeal) hovers around the 260 cal mark for the same quanitiy (uncooked). I'm trying really hard to work on my portion sizes in the evenings (when I'm at my laziest and greediest…

Looking for a Cooked Veggie Pot Recipe
Hey there So I'm looking for a recipe for an idea I have in my head, and am sure it must already exist and have a name! Basically, I want to be able to cook a bunch of veggies (peas, brocoli, leafy greens, peppers etc) and perhaps simmer them in passata (or similar) with some herbs, and divide into pots for snacking on…

Weight Maintenance Help Please
My first time here, so please be kind! I've lost 4 stone since in around 15 months, and am now down to my goal weight of 7 stone 12 pounds (I'm short), and have gained a lot in fitness, muscle and general health. This was without help of any kind, just weights and cardio at the gym, combined with some very basic calorie…
