Huge Lifestyle Change

So in less than 2 weeks now I'm moving away and starting a new job. As I wont be able to afford the gym in my new town I'm going to get a stationary bike, and I already have my weights routine down for home. My new job apparently requires a lot of travel (just discovered this week, when two week-long trips during October were sprung on me). So how can I manage my weight while living in hotels a lot?

I'm at maintenance (~1850 cals per day, 90g protein, 45g fat), do cardio 3x per week, lift 4x per week, yoga/yogilates 2-4x per week. I eat a very regimented diet (same thing everyday except dinner, from which I have about 20 recipes to pick from), all home-made.

My biggest concern is the foods I'll be served while away at conferences - the first two are Holland and Toronto. I also have IBD, which limits what I can eat without pretty dire immediate consequences!

I'm extremely overwhelmed, so if anyone has any tips I'd be very grateful.

Just talk to the people cooking at the conferences and see if they can make some changes to your meal, and let them know about your situation. And for all other meals just do some small shopping and pre prepare you meals mate. I do it all the time. You don't have to eat hotel food, im sure they have cooking stuff in the room. Exercise maybe do some early morning walking or running. Or the hotel might have a gym. Don't stress to much mate, it will just make it harder.
