What type/brand of scales do you have and use for your weight loss monitoring? I can stop on mine (digital) and show a weight loss. Step off and back on, and it will show a gain of several pounds! Very frustrating!
I have stayed on, or right under calorie limits for over a week. Then today, really blew it. We helped someone pack for a move and she ordered lunch for all of us.
