What type/brand of scales do you have and use for your weight loss monitoring? I can stop on mine (digital) and show a weight loss. Step off and back on, and it will show a gain of several pounds! Very frustrating!

I'm on my second Tanita digital scale with body fat. I never have that kind of fluctuation with the weight. The BF% fluctuates all day, really according to how hydrated I am. In the morning have lower weight, higher BF% due to dehydration; in the evening as I drink water all day, the weight might be slightly higher but the BF% is a lot lower. I don't use it for absolute measurement of BF%, I mostly use it to tell if I'm dehydrated. If BF is still high at night, I haven't been drinking enough liquid. But I have 2 scales and they read the same weight within a couple of tenths of a pound, because one of them rounds to the nearest 0.5 pound. The new one to the nearest 0.1 pound.
