Dancing at a concert/ club
Should I log this as exercise? I will be at a concert tonight for about 5 hours and I will most likely be dancing for at least half of that. Thoughts?

Feeling Guilty Even After A Good Day
I stayed under my calories today, knew I would be going out to eat so made sure I worked out a little bit harder, and checked out the menu and nutritionals before going to the restaurant to make sure I was making good choices. So why do I still feel guilty?
