Feeling Guilty Even After A Good Day

I stayed under my calories today, knew I would be going out to eat so made sure I worked out a little bit harder, and checked out the menu and nutritionals before going to the restaurant to make sure I was making good choices.
So why do I still feel guilty?

I get that way sometimes. Most of the time when I guilt over something like that it's because I keep thinking it over and trying to figure out what I could have done better. Or I beat myself up over having something that I know I didn't need, didn't really want, or could have made better at home. If you stayed under your calories and you did everything you know you should have then let it go (I know, harder to do then say). You are doing great and focus on that instead of guilting over going out.0
