Embarrassing noob question that seems logical, but still. For weight loss, does lower weight, more reps = higher weight, less reps? Noob question. I've been working out (cario + weights) now for 4-5 months, 3x week. Each Monday I increase my cardio level of intensity, but not my weights since I always feel the burn and reach failure around 15-20 reps. I've always been sore the next day.
