what is your thought on teenagers dieting?
Do you guys think that Teenagers shouldn't be dieting and doing all these special diet's like atkins and caveman diet's or raw vegan and stuff to lose weight? I personally think if your over weight yeah it's ok to lose a few pounds but don't restrict it so much like these diet's require because teenagers don't want to ruin…

What would give me better results?
I don't mind doing cardio, but after a heavy workout with weight's I don't want to be staring at the wall to get my cardio out the way, + I find it hard to enjoy cardio at the gym, but what i do enjoy is walking (before i go to gym) so would going for a 8-10 mile walk at a 3.5mph pac when i wake up give me the same results…

I'm a teenager coming not long turned 18 (male) and I'm classed (skinny) by allot of people, but what's keeping me skinny is my diet because I eat very good and healthy whole foods, meats, pasta, rice, fruits, veg. I keep away from sweets and soda's and crap as much as possible, in fact I haven't touched anything like that…
