Strength & run half-marathon plan
I do Mon/Wed/Fri strenght training and plan a half - marathon in October 2014. How should I incorporate runs into my week with one day of rest? Due to heavy weight lifting I do not need as much running training as "just" runners. I did 10 km with ease last week.

Spelt pita - how many calories?
I bought it at eco store but there is no declaration of calories and i can't find anything similar in the database. Weight is 150 g, ingredients: spelt flour, yoghurt, palm's butter, apples. There is no sugar in it.

Suddenly too much food around!
Since I joined MFP 10 days ago my fridge is ful of food and leftovers. I didn't take into account that I'll eat half what I used to and now food is just sitting around and waiting for the next day. Did your food budgets cut in two? Did you prepare new shopping lists? All together this are great news because I'll spend less…
